Testimonials from Brighton Sussex Universities Hospital Trust

Sharon Springham, Deputy Head of Library Services:

I have known Graham for about 4 years; we worked together when we needed to transfer the library website and a directory of patient information leaflets to new content management software. This software was new to the NHS and the library website and directory posed many technical difficulties.

Graham and I had several meetings to discuss these issues. He was very patient, thoughtful and willing to achieve what we needed throughout. He worked hard to solve the technical issues and managed to come up with solutions for all our issues.  He was always available at the end of a phone or email and took all my queries seriously (however silly I thought they were!) It is largely down to Graham that we have a comprehensive and heavily used library website.

In my opinion, Graham is very personable, conscientious and hard working. I would certainly work with him again on an IT project.

Amanda Lackey, Associate Library Services Manager at The Princess Royal Hospital:

At the request of lead clinical tutors within the trust, Graham designed and built a database which was key in supporting the educational needs of doctors in training.

He worked with me to identify exact needs and kept me informed of its progress throughout. He sent test sites at each stage and acted on feedback until we were happy with the results and then trained me in using it prior to it going live.  Graham provided very good follow-on support and made additional amendments later at our request.

As a result of other clinical depts seeing this being used, Graham was asked to create a further database though with some variations.  Again he worked with the clients to develop exactly the tool they required and this is now live and used extensively.

Graham is professional and efficient and I would have no hesitation in working with him again or in recommending him.
